Lower Valley Fire Department is an independently run fire protection and ambulance service company in Fruita, Colorado. As a result they do not have the deep funding sources as some of the other agencies. Asset Construction Management was brought on board as the General Construction and Construction Management (CM/GC) contractor to work with the owner and architect to develop a project scope that fit their available funding and met their requirements for the project. This project consisted of a small connector building between the administrative building and their service building. We also provided a complete interior remodel and exterior update to the existing administration and shop building.
