Asset Construction Management served as the CMGC for Caprock Academy in construction of the second phase of their school. The 62,000 square foot, two story addition includes two wings of classrooms, a gymnasium, restrooms, and locker rooms. Along with Design West Architects, Asset Construction Management provided aggressive Value Engineering to achieve a final building that met the school’s strict budget and instructional needs. Construction was completed during the Summer of 2020.
