In 2022 Asset Construction Management was chosen by Les Schwab to construct a new 11,704 sq-ft automotive tire and wheel center on the corner of 29 Rd and Teller Ave in Grand Junction Colorado. Construction began in the spring of 2023 with construction completed in early 2024.
