Asset Construction Management was hired by Mesa County to gut, perform structural repairs, and rebuild the interior of the county’s animal services facility. This unique project required excavating the building’s interior floor slabs, construction of a new structural floor system using micro piles and steel beams, and putting the interior walls and finishes back in place. This project started in the spring of 2017 and completed in November of 2017.
